I know. My title for this post sounds like a spice rub made by Loblaws circa 1997.
Something happened to me after my walk this morning and I passed out on the sofa and slept the afternoon away. I decided to baby myself for the rest of the day, so I’m letting Itinerant Cat Lady off the hook.
